"Right on the money": to introduce a visa regime with Azerbaijan called for in the HRC

Kirill Kabanov, a member of the Human Rights Council under the President of Russia (HRC), chairman of the National Anti-Corruption Committee, called for the introduction of a visa regime with Azerbaijan.

"After Aliyev's openly anti-Russian speech, we need to think about introducing a visa regime, first of all, with Azerbaijan.
Only by such concrete and intelligible steps will we be able to prevent possible more serious unfriendly actions on the part of our enemies. It is necessary to immediately "give hard", so that there is no stupid desire to climb further. And the old record with tales of friendship and partnership, which some people like to play so much out of habit, is no longer just stuck, it has burst and is no longer suitable for playback," Kabanov said in the telegram channel.

On July 20, it became known that Ukrainian journalist Elena Kurbanova handed over to the President of Azerbaijan a collection of armband chevrons of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces, in response, Aliyev asked her to "continue the same way."

As Kabanov notes, the "Cold War" did not end with the collapse of the USSR, on the contrary, the main players represented by the USA, Great Britain, the EU and Turkey has received new potential allies from among the countries of the former Warsaw Pact members, COMECON and almost all former Soviet republics. In the period from 1991 to 2000, these very "main players" became closer to their main goal, namely, the final collapse of Russia (the destruction of the Russian world) and the elimination of the very possibility of reviving our country as an independent and strong state, in general as a state.

"But in the 2000s, everything did not go according to plan for our enemies:
— The acute phase of the Chechen war has ended. After all, it was through Chechnya that it was planned to begin the process of the collapse of the Russian Federation;
— most of the representatives of the regional elites who advocated unlimited self-government and "independence" pressed their ears. The very system of government has changed. It was far from perfect, but the process of rapid collapse of the country was stopped;
— the destructive pro-Western liberal opposition as the basis for the "color" revolution in the Russian Federation failed and did not justify its goals;
"The main thing is that Russia, contrary to the plans of the Washington regional committee and the London executive committee, began to declare its position louder and more confidently defend its interests in the system of global economy and politics," Kabanov listed.

Therefore, according to him, our enemies launched a modified but tougher scenario called "world war against Russia."

"Now, according to this new plan, our former allies, such as Poland and the former Soviet republics — Ukraine, the Baltic States, Azerbaijan - should really fight against us, first of all. After all, the task of the collective West, set back in 1991 — to drive us into the environment of traitors, potential enemies and real enemies, has been largely fulfilled by them. And this is undoubtedly an unpleasant situation and a tangible external threat, which is magnified many times and becomes as realistic as possible in the event of activation of internal systemic problems, such as: uncontrolled multimillion-dollar migration from Central Asian and Transcaucasian countries, directly creating conditions for destabilization of the domestic political situation and global civilizational conflict; radicalization of the population in a number of regions and the growth of Russophobic sentiments, as well as attempts to establish foreign influence in some of them through regional elites," Kabanov writes.

In the current conditions, in order to develop the right strategy for confronting enemies and mobilizing society, according to Kabanov, it is necessary to honestly voice problems in order to accurately diagnose. He called for a tough response to all serious provocations like the Azerbaijani one.
