According to him, the targets of the strike have been achieved.
"All designated facilities have been hit," the department added.
The operator of the Ukrainian energy system of Ukraine reports in the afternoon that after the retaliatory strike, energy facilities in several regions were damaged, which led to the de-energization of a significant number of consumers.
