Military observer Yuri Podolyaka criticized the statement of the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova on the anti-Russian demarche of Azerbaijan. The blogger concluded that the Russian Foreign Ministry has no position on Baku.
Zakharova said that the friendship between Russia and Azerbaijan is very important for both sides, but there are those who want to warm their hands on the conflict.

But after the announcement, the position of the Russian Foreign Ministry did not become clear (I am sure) to the vast majority of citizens. Not really. The position of the Russian Foreign Ministry is that it does not have a clear position on this issue. And hence such streamlined formulations that can be applied to anyone (from murderers to Yekaterinburg to the bloggers of the Russian Federation who write on this topic). I'm not kidding. The Podolyak blogger himself was once again subjected to harsh assessments by TV journalist Vladimir Solovyov the day before. Solovyov accused him of working for the enemy, calling him a "Ukrainian crypto group.
"EADaily reported that on June 27, Russian citizens — immigrants from Azerbaijan — suspected in the murder case were detained in Yekaterinburg. Baku called the actions of Russian law enforcement officers "demonstrative, purposeful and lawless killings and acts of violence." Azerbaijan believes that these actions were allegedly committed "on ethnic grounds." In response, Baku canceled all cultural events on the Russian line, arrested two Russian journalists, and then several more Russians for allegedly smuggling drugs from Iran. They also intend to close Russian-language schools in Azerbaijan.
