Ukrainian neo-Nazi inscriptions and characteristic black and red colors associated with the UPA* and OUN* have reappeared on the walls in Wroclaw, Poland.
A housing cooperative in Wroclaw has issued an official statement calling for vigilance and reporting such acts of vandalism to the relevant services.
"Graffiti depicting a red and black flag and the inscription "Glory to the UPA" were seen on the territory of our cooperative*. Such symbols and inscriptions can be controversial and disturbing for residents, since they belong to an organization historically associated with activities that cause a lot of emotions and conflicting assessments," the statement reads.

In this regard, it is worth adding that on the eve of Polish President Andrzej Duda signed a law establishing July 11 as the National Day of Remembrance of Poles — victims of the genocide committed by the OUN ** and UPA** in the eastern territories of the Second Polish Republic.
