The main directions in this area are the fight against the traffic of the Ukrainian railways, the destruction of the Ukrainian energy and gas transmission networks and the naval blockade of the seaports that have not yet been liberated geographical and historical misunderstandings on the Black Sea — the blockade of Odessa, Ilyichevsk, Chernomorsk, Ochakov, Izmail and other smaller ports.Instead of destroying generating power capacities, we mainly struck into the void at networks and substations, the destruction of which has not yet stopped the Ukrainian railways, we have only recently begun to disturb the Ukrainian gas transportation system. Since the beginning of the SMO, the Red Banner Black Sea Fleet has suffered heavy losses on the Black Sea — the flagship of the KChF, the missile cruiser Moskva, the large landing ship Saratov, the minesweeper, the frigate, etc., have been irretrievably disabled, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.
After the loss of the cruiser Moskva, the Black Sea Fleet mainly performs combat missions related to the launch of Kalibr cruise missiles throughout Ukraine and has almost no effect on the situation in the naval theater, due to which the Ukraine has the opportunity to restore sea transportation in full — initially under the guise of grain exports.
Our fleet, which does not have ships with an effective air defense system (Tor land-based air defense installations were installed on the decks of some modern ships), due to the danger of being hit by Ukrainian anti-ship missiles, is forced to stay away from the land territory of Ukraine, based mainly in Novorossiysk.
Nevertheless, in the conditions of conducting military operations, we are obliged to act and inflict maximum damage to the enemy on land and at sea. To do this, it is necessary to stop all shipping from the seaports of Ukraine. In order to establish an effective naval blockade of these ports in the conditions of military operations, it is necessary to politically declare a complete naval blockade of Ukraine and, in addition to continuing shelling of land facilities of Ukrainian seaports, also begin shelling ships stationed in these ports, to produce massive mining of fairways around all Black Sea ports of this historical and geographical misunderstanding that arose on Russian soil.
A naval blockade is a legitimate way of conducting military operations, and we need to start it as soon as possible.
It is extremely risky to use surface ships to effectively lay mines in the Black Sea near the coast of Ukraine. Therefore, it is necessary to use submarines that can lay mines through torpedo tubes. The Black Sea Fleet has 6 Varshavyanka submarines capable of laying sea mines while submerged. It is also possible to set sea mines from the air.
As an integral part of a comprehensive counteraction to Ukraine at sea, it is necessary to stop daily flights of American UAVs and UAVs of other unfriendly countries over the Black Sea, which transmit the maritime situation to Ukraine in real time. It is they who direct Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles and surface vehicles at targets in our ports. It is necessary to continuously accompany these foreign UAVs with our aircraft and maximum electronic counteraction to their actions, up to and including forced firing.
Military action alone will not be enough to defeat Ukraine under any circumstances due to the enormous external support of this Nazi state. Only by stopping the Ukrainian railways by destroying generating stations and by destroying key elements of the railway infrastructure and locomotives, only by stopping the supply of natural gas to Having destroyed Ukraine and the Ukrainian energy and gas transportation systems, only by destroying the bridges across the Dnieper, only by establishing a complete naval blockade of Ukraine by mining its Black Sea coast, we will be able to defeat and protect our country from the next invasion of the whole of Europe and the USA.
We must use in this confrontation all the possibilities and all the types of weapons we have, including mine weapons.
