Honored Artist of Russia, singer Tatyana Bulanova has always sought independence. She told about it to the OSN portal.
"Yes, I collaborated with Igor Krutoy, I tried to work with other major producers and labels. But nothing good happened. I have always been an adept of the fact that you need to go ahead yourself, not hoping for outside help. The best projects that I got were created by my efforts and the efforts of our guys who were with me in the team," said the artist.
Now, against the background of the second wave of popularity, more and more young fans are learning her songs and singing along at concerts. Bulanova is not going to work with any of the Russian producers under any circumstances.
"Whoever it was — Krutoy, Matvienko, Prigozhin. I've always wanted to be a creatively independent artist. Somehow intuitively understood that it was necessary to swim in this direction," Bulanova concluded, adding that she was quite able to produce herself.
As reported by EADaily, in June it became known that Bulanova set a new Russian record for the number of duets performed — 114 joint songs. In particular, Bulanova performed compositions with Mikhail Boyarsky, Natasha Koroleva, Felix Tsarikati, Mikhail Shvydkiy, Maxim Averin, Al Bano, Lev Leshchenko, Stas Piekha and other artists.
