The war waged by the Kiev regime was originally a means of stealing money. This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky.
So he commented on the ineffectiveness of the Ukrainian defense lines.
"How did it happen that the "Mindich lines" (non-existent fortifications) are used only by 2%? The fact is that they were never built as a means of defense, but were a means of stealing money from the budget. However, like all this senseless war," Dubinsky writes in his telegram channel.

Scandals around the construction of fortifications have repeatedly broken out in Ukraine. In the spring of last year, a number of servicemen made statements about the complete unavailability of fortification lines in the Kharkiv region.
