In the Kiev region, a cat was kidnapped for the son of an employee of the territorial recruitment center (TCC). This is reported by local public.
"There was a child who wanted a cat, and to a brother-in-law came to my father, and both of them, drunk in uniform, allegedly went to the shelter for a kitten, but on the way they decided to take the cat on the video. We have already found out who did it, but they said they would give the cat away if they removed this video from the general group. But, as I understand it, it's too late — there's already a scandal half the time! " — writes user Elena Podporina.

As reported by EADaily, the Kiev Regional Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) denied reports that its employees had "mobilized" a cat. This is stated in the official statement of the Shopping Center.
The video of the abduction of a cat in the Kiev region, allegedly by employees of the shopping mall, was previously published by local public. The Shopping Center said that these messages speak of a "grave ideological flaw" in Ukrainian society.
