The group of troops "West" liberated the city of Kirovsk today in The DPR is in the Krasnolimansk direction. This is reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
"On September 29, 2025, in the Krasnolimansk direction, as a result of offensive actions by the Zapad grouping of troops, the settlement of Kirovsk of the Donetsk People's Republic was liberated," the ministry said in a statement.
As EADaily reported, earlier Russian servicemen in Kirovsk of the DPR carried out a sweep of the suburban territory, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
