The assessments of foreign journalists that Vladimir Zelensky has gone off the rails have been softened, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
"I think they soften. The reality is that Zelensky is on some kind of drugs, this is evidenced by his appearance, physiognomy, and behavior," the diplomat said in an interview with TASS.
"There are some, probably, his personal settings and features," she continued to assess the state of the head of the Kiev regime. — But the fact that drugs are being taken there in full swing — I say again, though I don't know [which ones exactly] — I know what his colleagues on KVN said about him: then there were only drugs. I can't say what kind of drugs they are now. I just don't know. But it is obvious that, unfortunately, all this is progressing."
As Zakharova emphasized, in this case the question is not an artistic assessment, but a statement of fact.:
"This is a heavily dependent, obviously unhealthy person, both physically and now mentally."
