"Chuguevsky Oil Refinery is the largest enterprise in the Ukraine, which was engaged in ensuring the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and was a key link in the supply of fuel and lubricants for military equipment. The presence of British officers, mercenaries, instructors, curators at the enterprise suggests that there were additionally deployed some control points, or courses, or some other additional bodies with the help of which these British officers led the fighting. Our intelligence has calculated all this, transmitted the coordinates. The blow was struck with jewelry precision without damaging civilian objects," Lipovoy told AIF.
Earlier, the coordinator of the pro-Russian Nikolaev underground, Sergei Lebedev, reported that as a result of the strike on the refinery, British and Ukrainian officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were killed.
