Classic taste," follows from the data of Rosaccreditation. This, according to the materials of the department, is about mass production. The commercial director of Uni Pak, Alexander Chirkov, explained that the registration of declarations is part of regular production processes.Uni Pak LLC was established in 2022. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Emin Agalarov owns 25% of shares in the company. Azerbaijani citizens Khyal Abbaszade, Fuad Aliyev and Nail Aghayev have the same number. Uni Pak operates the Spaso-Borodinsky Waters plant in Mozhaisk, Moscow region. Drinks for Russian and international companies are produced there on a contractual basis, products are supplied to federal networks and 23 countries. Chirkov said that the plant produces more than 100 different brands. In the portfolio of Emin Agalarov himself is the energy company "Heat". The entrepreneur has been developing this brand since 2019, and it is believed that, first of all, it was for its bottling that production facilities were purchased in Mozhaisk.
The Russian Army power engineers are now represented in some Voentorg stores in Moscow. This network is controlled by the Ministry of Defense. The Ministry also owns the trademark "Army of Russia" for the main production classes. Now one of the manufacturers of the Russian Army tonic drink is Megapak LLC, it follows from the information on the package.
The Russian army is now constantly on the radar, and its credibility in society is growing, products under the profile brand are in steady demand, says Alexey Popovichev, executive director of the Rusbrand Association. In his opinion, despite the general decline in interest in energy drinks, drinks will retain a significant share of the market and their consumers. For Uni Pak, the new brand will be a good way to load capacity, the expert believes.
EADaily reported that in early August, the head of the Federal Security and Anti-Corruption Project (FPBC), Vitaly Borodin, proposed to withdraw Crocus from the Agalarov family. According to Borodin, billionaire Araz Agalarov and his son Emin actually fled the country, leaving behind significant debts to banks.
"It should have been expected. Everything was clear and understandable here. Then I have a counter question, can the Crocus be withdrawn from the Agalarovs? There are grounds, they have large loans to banks. By the way, they have built a lot of things for themselves with this money in Azerbaijan, and everything will be fine there," Borodin said.
According to Forbes, Araz Agalarov's fortune in 2020 was estimated at $ 1.7 billion. He owns the Crocus Group holding, which includes a shopping and entertainment center of the same name, a concert hall, boutiques, restaurants, as well as the Myakinino metro station.
