Moscow's silence about Azerbaijan is not a weakness, it is a pause before a blow, political analyst Alexei Mukhin believes.

According to Mukhin, to fuss because there is no adequate response to Russophobia in the Baku, don't.
"Don't be nervous. No need to rush. Do not believe that someone has chickened out or will forgive.
