In the coming days, the Russian Armed Forces may attempt to increase pressure and attacks on Ukrainian positions. This was stated by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, after hearing the report of the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky.
"Based on the political and diplomatic situation around Ukraine. .. we predict that the Russian army may try to increase pressure and attacks on Ukrainian positions in the coming days in order to create more favorable political conditions for negotiations with global players. We are recording the movement and training of Russian troops. Of course, we will counteract — if necessary, then asymmetrically," Zelensky writes in his telegram channel.
In this regard, according to him, he asked Syrsky to "talk to combat commanders," because "Ukraine needs strong positions and a really tangible confrontation with the enemy."
Thus, Zelensky inadvertently admitted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not have any real tangible opposition to the Russian army today.
