The danger, according to the agency, is represented by "the effectiveness of the braking system; the level of sound emitted by moving vehicles; identification of vehicle controls; installation of a device for calling emergency operational services."
It is noted that "numerous documentary violations have also been identified in terms of confirming the stability of vehicles to external sources of electromagnetic radiation and electromagnetic compatibility, seat belt attachment points, seat belt installations, seats, their fastenings and head restraints, vehicle protection from unauthorized use, emissions, equipping with rear protective devices, side protective devices, steering controls, front anti-rolling devices, the content of harmful substances in the inhabited room, stability, and so on.

They clarified that a number of instructions had been issued to official representative offices of Chinese truck manufacturers for violations detected both in respect of trucks in service and those still unsold.
"For violation of the requirement to suspend any kind of sale of these vehicles, administrative liability will be applied," the department said.
It is noted that currently all representative offices have already notified Rosstandart that they have suspended the sale of products for which violations have been detected, and have also begun developing action programs to prevent harm to the life and health of citizens.
